Picking up Avis rental

Hi

We are travelling in a couple of weeks and have our car hire through BA Executive Club/Avis. I am also an Avis Preferred Member.

So I'm planning on heading straight to the garage, but what else do I need. I'm guessing just my Booking Reference as looking back through my confirmation emails I can't seem to find a Rental Voucher, or something similar.

You should be able to print the car hire voucher off the BA website if you log-in to "Manage my Booking". It should tell you on the paperwork what to take with you but, I think it is: Voucher, driving licence and credit card used to pay for the booking. There is an office to go to in the garage.

That Office... is that where you can show the BA Executive card and get the 2nd driver added on free?
