Hello I have my thomson booking refrence for my holiday but want to go onto my disney experiences with it but it won't work any ideas? Tried to phone thomson but can't get through.

When did you book? It can take a few days before it links. It was a week after booking before I could get onto MDE.

My booking with Thomson took 3 days to link once the holiday was booked. I hope you get sorted 😊.

Yes it's the 7 digit Booking Ref at the top of the page 😊.

I've spoken to thomson via email and they said I can't get onto it until 60 days before.
I have phoned disney they said phone thomson. Xxx we will sort it I am sure

Thomson are talking rubbish here, it might take a few days for Thomson to send your booking details to Disney. In my 4 years "experience " of booking with them, it could take anything between 3 days and 3 months!
You should definitely be able to link well before your 60 days so just keep at them. Ask Thomson to email the resort team in Florida

Thanks I did think that. I am going to ring my local office to see if they can help as I have spent so much time on hold past few days I dread to think what my phone bill will be like.
