Anyone else having probs linking tickets to MDE?

Hey guys . Fastpass day on sat and finally got all of my group of 10 to give me their tickets to link to do fastpass . And it's says it's having trouble getting ticket and pass info currently .
Anyone else getting this or had this ? Argh

Are you trying to do it on your phone? I had this problem spent two days going crazy til I asked on here. it has to be done on a computer to link them, don't understand why it doesn't work on the phone app.

Ahh yes ! Doing it on my phone , you'd think it would work considering it's an app for it , argh . Don't have a computer to hand , will have to ask the kids when they get in or hubby . I hate using them tbh .

I have no understanding why they would let you get that far on the app if it can't be done!
It's really easy to set up takes 5 mins, then you can carry on using the app on your phone.

Ahh great to know ! Used it in 2015 but my memory is rubbish lol . Seems more advanced now ! Love that you can order food through it at some places . Excellent !

That's alright, I used it in 2015 too but can't remember linking the tickets up even though I did. Memory is shot and I'm only mid thirties lol

I managed to link our 2 tickets (on a computer) then, when I went to add our daughter & son-in-law's tickets, my wife's had dropped off - had to phone up to get it re-instated. Eventually booked all our Fastpass+, then our flight was cancelled through hurricane Irma so, I went on MDE to amend Fastpasses to new dates - my wife's ticket had dropped off again and she wasn't included in any of the previously booked Fastpasses. I had to phone up again to get it sorted & they couldn't say why it is happening. The worry is that we arrange our Fastpass+, then when we arrive for the attraction, someones details have disappeared. Didn't have any issues when using MDE in 2015 so can't understand why this is happening.
