I used the US company Undercover Tourist for my Disneyland tickets and they were really good, refunded quickly in full, good comms. I will remember to use them again, and remember to avoid Florida Escapes so thanks for posting.
They said that they would refund less 10% but had to have the tickets returned to enable them to return to Universal to get a refund. According to Universal they haven't been returned.

Just a quick update- received the money back yesterday from Florida escapes (as travelbuzz) on to the credit card for the full amount for both Disney and universal tickets. I guess the earlier refund was from the cc company so we will obviously be paying that back. Maybe there is still hope for you after all?

Thank you for that news, we've raised a claim a month ago with Barclay card but heard nothing back so far.
Can I just ask please -
How long ago did you send the tickets back to FE?
How long between claiming on Barclaycard and receiving the money from them?
Thanks.

We sent them back around 19 weeks ago.
Our credit card company (virgin money) refunded us the day after we raised a claim rather unbelievably.

I contacted Florida Escapes in early March 2021 asking about extending the expiry of our tickets so they could be used at a later date. They replied that they would allow this, but they could also offer a refund instead.
I chose the refund. After a reminder email in May to nudge them along, the full refund has arrived in our bank account this morning.

I have to say, looking at Florida Escapes' website, it's very empty. The only tickets listed seem to be for Universal Studios. Nothing else. And I can't seem to find anywhere where it says how to contact them - like a phone number or email address. It looks pretty dead.

Their umbrella company TravelBuzz has this number shown online - 0844 884 4558

Maybe worth trying to see if anyone answers and can help.
