I would definitely cut back on Epcot. We did one morning and one afternoon there split with Disney Springs and a water Park. Probably add a day to HS. Universal is amazing if you haven't considered it? Harry Potter, Marvel, Jurassic Park, Simpsons, Dr Seuss, Shrek, Minions etc. My goddaughter was 9 and she preferred Universal!
