Coffee in bed courtesy of DH as he leaves for work. Then shower, make up on, dressed, hair blow dried. Downstairs after telling DS to get showered and dressed at least 5 times, make breakfast for DS and myself. He goes off to school and I start the day.

The first thing I did this morning was open my birthday cards and presents
 Normally though the first thing I do is take all my medication. |

Open eyes Stagger to bathroom Stagger to bedroom Get dressed Relieve dogs of overnight duties, feed goats etc Take dogs for a two hour walk Back for coffee by 9.30 |

Snooze a lot, get up, toilet, say hello to the dog, he has a dog flap so can sort himself out.
I brush my teeth, take my tablets, throw on some clothes, grab the dog, and then I walk him for about 45 minutes. I bring him back, leave him with his breakfast and treats, and then jump in the car and go to work
