I believe the Disney+ app will be available to download on the following devices:
  • Apple TV,
  • iOS devices (eg. iPhone, iPad),
  • Android devices (eg. smartphones, tablets)
  • PS4,
  • Xbox One,
  • Google Chromecast,
  • Amazon Fire devices,
  • Roku streaming devices,
  • Some smart TVs,
  • A PC/laptop via a web browser.

There is talk that it might be available on Sky Q and Now TV (although I think that's still to be confirmed).

So you should be able to watch it using your Xbox One and whatever device(s) you use to access the internet.

Yes lots of the tv shows including Jessie, Good Luck Charlie, Austin and Ally, Shake it Up etc will all be on there.
