Relaxing at the Grand Floridian

What to do on the last day when you don't have much time?

Our flight home from Orlando is at 5.30, which means checking in around 2.30.
We can stay at the villa until 11, and we will.
We don't want to go to a park on the last day. We did it once and felt too rushed, plus this flight is earlier.
Last time it was just OH and me and we went to Celebration and relaxed and had lunch. It was lovely.
I don't feel we have time for that this time, especially with children to organise.
We could go to Disney Springs for lunch and look at shops, then head to the airport.

Any other suggestions, especially with children of 10, 7 and 4 in mind?

We always check-in the luggage at Disney Springs and spend the last few hours there, walking around and usually playing a couple of games of ten-pin bowling before heading to the airport about 3pm

I was going to suggest a spot of shopping with any last spends that you might have left over. Either at Disney springs or one of the outlets

I second the mini golf suggestion! We usually go to MK for breakfast and a last stroll down main street, but if you don't want to do a park then it's a good way to pass a morning! We've done our last day at disney springs but find it too tempting to squeeze extra shopping into our carry on.

We went to Typhoon Lagoon 10 - 2pm on our last day. Showered there, drove to airport dropped car off, checked in and had dinner before boarding.

If that was us, it would be lunch on the way to the airport lol. My Dad thinks if you're not 4 hours early you've missed the flight

Those of you who go to water parks on your last day, what do you do with your wet swimwear?

Other last day ideas:
Ten pin bowling at Disney Springs
Cinema at City Walk or Disney Springs
