Sending a pm help
This year once again I have sent a pm for secret Santa but again Shirley has not received it, what am I doing wrong? I went to Shirleys profile and clicked send personal message is this right as last year I sent it from my account and she didn’t get it. I have now also sent a pm by this method. Thanks

I have just done a manual check and I can see that the PM you sent to shirley has been received and been opened by shirley.
If you check your PM's and select SENT from the drop down you will see all your sent PM's.
