Natsynoo's Perfect Panamian Adventure: DCL EBPC Oct 2018 - Day 13 At Sea
We were so ready for a rest today! The last 2 days had been so busy! We woke at 7.30am, and made it to breakfast for 8.30am. We were still so full today so I just had a mango yoghurt from Daisy’s Delights.
We really enjoyed a chilled morning up on Deck 10 – we watched Aristocats on Funnel Vision, I finished my third book of the cruise, and we also watched Goofy’s Boat Building Bash. IMG_1657 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr Today’s lunch at Cabanas had a seafood focus but there were still plenty of meat choices, as Matt doesn’t eat fish or seafood. Whilst at the pool, I had a non-alcoholic cocktail and also a bottle of water (I was too lazy to walk down to the machines, lol – cruise life), which was $7.94. I think the water was only about $2 so totally worth it! We headed back to the stateroom after the fun was over to get ready for formal night at 4.10pm. We found that someone had left us a Treat on our fish which was a nice surprise! IMG_1672 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr Out on Deck 4, we enjoyed the sunset; and also met Mickey & Pluto in the Atrium. 20181029_173812 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr 20181029_173645 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr 20181029_173844 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr IMG_1659 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr 20181029_174354_Fotor by Natalie Pope, on Flickr 20181029_174921_Fotor by Natalie Pope, on Flickr Tonight’s showtime was beyond words exciting for me because Broadway star Josh Strickland was performing. We had seen him around the ship loads so it was nice to finally see him perform. I am a massive musical theatre fan and Josh performed at the Disney Broadway Hits show at the Royal Albert Hall last year so it was great to see him perform his own set. I did cry when he sung Santa Fe from Newsies, he absolutely aces that track! We ordered drinks from our new favourite bar tender, Martin (from Jamaica) which came to $7.71. IMG_1666 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr After this incredible show, we headed down to Azure to play 90s trivia. We really thought we had a chance at this one but no, it was as bad as ever. Not enough boybands for me! Tonight’s dinner was at Tiana’s Place. IMG_1667 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr Matt had the Chicken Bastela 20181029_204852 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr I had the Seafood Sampler – but it had too much dill for my taste IMG_1669 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr And I also had the Lobster Ravioli appetiser – Nathan made me do it! IMG_1668 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr For entrée, Matt just fancied a plain steak so he ordered the grain fed sirloin with fries 20181029_210328 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr I had the Grilled Shrimp with Orzo IMG_1670 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr To finish up, Matt had the Brownie Sundae (no photo, I’m afraid) He also had the Apple Almond Tart 20181029_213530 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr And I had the most incredible Strawberries and Cream Cake IMG_1671 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr After dinner, we went to Azure to watch Majority Rules and Match Your Mate, but this wasn’t as funny as the one earlier in the cruise – though it was still good to watch. Then we hit the hay, another amazing day! IMG_1673 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr |

Aww thank you!
It really was something so different, which is why we picked it! I'm just about to finish it off, so I hope you enjoy! It should be posted in a couple of hours! Palo was indeed amazing, it always is, we've never been disappointed! The facial was so lovely - it stung a bit because the skin was so dry but it was lovely to have that pampering! |
