Where to book Bahama Bay?

As usual I am trying to do things on a budget to squeeze in a trip this year. I’ve looked at Bahama Bay a few times before but we’ve always ended up staying either at LBV or at Disney. But our boys are older now and we really would like to have more space. I do fancy a villa but our budget isn’t that high and Bahama Bay seems to be a kind of compromise. So where to book? Do you generally go with somewhere like HomeAway or a booking site like Travel Republic? And could anyone tell me if there are resort fees? I know there’s someone here who has a Dibb Villa there but our (potential) dates aren’t available.

And if anyone has any other suggestions of a similar price for that type of accommodation that would be appreciated. We are not particularly fussy about location. We have stayed at Cypress Point at LBV twice but were a bit put off by cockroaches last time ..!

We stayed at Bahama Bay many times in both a two bedroom and three bedroom property. Its a beautiful complex and very secure. We always booked with Netflights. We also stayed at Liki Tiki resort which is near Bahama Bay. I hope this helps..

We booked Bahama Bay through Holiday Lettings, but then all dealings were direct with the owner. We also stayed in a 3 bed villa in Davenport (literally 5 mins away from BB) and it wasn't much difference in price to what we paid for the BB condo.
