Dog issues again!

Taking to their next door neighbour they now have a problem with rats so have 4 rat traps around the dogs pen. They are going for it’s food.
But they are going in the neighbours garden too.
I know rats are supposed to be everywhere but there must be more than normal because they have seen them blatantly running around.
We live 3 houses away so I imagine they will come to ours too. 🤢

Sorry to go on! But I need to get it off my chest.
I have just rang the RSPCA again, crying. I have just heard the owner shout & swear then banging and the dog screaming like a pig at the slaughter!
It was horrific. A dog does not make that noise unless it is in pain. It’s the worst it’s ever been.
The dog has been a barking badly today since 6am so the owner had probably had enough. But rather than take it out I’m for exercise he obviously beat the dog instead.
The noise was horrific and I am actually shaking at the moment.

This is awful, the rspca have to do something now Surely. This can’t continue!

I hope the RSPCA do something finally. Poor dog. Horrible person! Please let us know when this dog has been rescued.

This is outrageous, the poor dog! This kind of thing makes my blood boil. It must be awful for you to witness, I would be shaking too. What did the RSPCA say after this phone call?

That is horrific, what did RSPCA say ? Beyond belief they are allowing this to continue. So sorry for that poor dog and for you to witness it

Maybe tape the noise next time it happens and play it to the rspca

feel so upset reading this, knowing what that poor dog is going through its awful the rspca cant do anything, basically saying as long as they feed the dog they can do what they like to it without photo/video proof.

I am in scotland and the spca are the same, I once reported animal abuse knowing what someone with mental health issues were doing to their dog, I was a support worker and my boss told us not to report it, but I did anyway, couldn't stand knowing what was happening, they came out and because she said she didn't do those things and the dog had shelter and food they didn't do anything. The dog mysteriously disappeared and she refused to say what had happened to it..

That's utterly horrific. Poor dog xx And poor you having to listen to it. Really hope they investigate further...
