Conservatory, 12 double windows and 3 patio doors.

Cleaned once a month for 12.50

We think they are too cheap but we aren't complaining

I'm sure my window cleaner has been looking at this thread

Regular as clockwork every 4 weeks and today told us he was putting his prices up for the second time in 20 years

So we now to be paying 7 from next clean.

3 big( ish) windows, 5 medium , 1 small and 2 doors and yes he does clean the frames too.

My husband is a window cleaner and its harder than you think.
Up and down a ladder all day no matter what the weather.
Driving and trying to park without getting a ticket.
Public liability and employers liability insurance is a lot of money each year.
Trying to collect the money at night and having to keep going back because someone hasnt got a fiver at home.
I go collecting with him some nights and by time we get home its nearly 10 some nights.
People moan that its late to collect, but he has to start and finish some where.
Leaded windows are a nightmare cause it takes longer.
They have to dodge all the stuff your dog leaves behind, while trying not to hit all of your lovely plant pots that you have dotted all over the place with their ladders.
Be thankful you can find one and keep them because who would want to do that all day.

We pay by BACS , he also accepts PayPal and has a card reader/ipod combo thing to pay contactless.. surely easier than physically collecting money at night

15 / month for 4 bed detached think the come once? .. they use the extending brush device so dont use ladders
