We have been married 45years on Sunday and all we have left is one clear and gold glass from a set!
We did have lots of Pyrex sets and Ravenhead glass sets which we gave to charity when we moved to Spain 19 years ago.
Spooky thing is I now work on the old Ravenhead glass site at St Helens.

We've only been married 2 years but my parents are 39 years in April and still use an electric meat carving knife and a la crueset dish. She has some other crystal dishes and dinner sets too but never actually uses them.

I’ve still got 2 from a set of 3 Pyrex bowls from 1978 (I think !).

Thing is, they were my sister and BIL’s wedding presents but somehow I’ve ended up with them 😂😂. Very useful they are too.

15 years this year and still use both our Denby white dinner set (a couple of pasta bowls have chipped and been replaced but otherwise it’s all good) and cutlery set daily. The wine glasses are more special occasion only, one broke and was replaced. The toaster is still going strong, as are the bread bin and the kitchen bin, the Antler suitcases have had at least 1 long haul adventure a year, I check my reflection in the hall mirror every day... We were practical in our choices and it’s paid off. We did have to replace the kettle a few years ago.
