Booking villa/ townhouse?

We know 100% what dates we require for May/ June 2021. Obviously can't book our flights just yet, but was wondering when people tend to book their villas? I've never had to book this before as my parents always done this.

We are looking at a townhouse and we only want to stay on Windsor hills as I know the community well and really like this area, I've looked on Home and Away, Air BnB and the Dibb.

But was wondering how far in advance we should book and whether anyone can suggest any other places to look?

We are taking bookings for 2021 and have several so might be worth piping a request in the villa section on here
There are 2 dibb 3bed town houses on Windsor Hills and 2 Villas as well

We booked as soon as we found a villa that suited our requirements and was available. Never too early!

The Dibb villa we have booked looks fully booked for the summer in 2021 already!
