I think it's probably people who have done API for travel during the ban, or likely during the next couple of months. If only they would specify instead just expiring them

When i go to check mine it lets me put in the group details and click check then just brings up the Red information box. Take it mine has been cancelled for our trip in august. cant even remeMber if we filled in the API or not now. It not comming up with expired or cancelled... its just that red box

It appears after reading posts on Flyertalk that ESTAs have been cancelled when the airline have automatically sent passenger manifests to the US for cancelled flights. If you have a future flight you can delete the api information so it won't be sent and ESTA not cancelled.

Unfortunately, BA won't let me delete the information. When I select 'Submit', it wants me to complete the fields I have just removed.

I had the same problem, went onto chrome and it was there, still authorised.

It will show as authorised... until you go to use it.

Yes, I know that, I think everyone knows it. However, to find and check that it is still authorised the poster will have to try a different browser. I wasn't telling them to use it and I don't think that they were going to use it, just check it. The ESTA's are being set to expired if API done and due to travel during the ban and it appears up to a month after the initial 30 days.

I had just paid for my group a couple of weeks ago and is still showing as approved and valid until march 2022 so fingers crossed it stays that way 🤞
