What veg do you have for Christmas Dinner?

love the veg part of dinner 😁

We normally have:
Cauliflower and broccoli cheese
Sprouts with bacon
Roast parsnips (might not be able to get them this year ☹)
Roast carrots
Peas
Sweetcorn

Is there a parsnip shortage I am unaware of? I get them every week on my weekly shop!

We have.. and there are only two of us but I am a bubble and squeak fan!

Roast potatoes
Mashed potatoes
carrot and swede mash
brussels with bacon and shallots
green beans
cauliflower cheese
peas
chard (if I can get some)
roast parsnips

Oh no no no no sweetcorn with a roast... apart from that we are pretty much the same with roast potatoes and creamed parsnips with melted cheese on top and maybe roasted butternut squash and mashed sweet potato. My Dad always wanted tinned new potatos too. I love the veg! 😋

We have roast spuds, roast carrots and parsnips, sweetcorn, green beans, Brussels (I’m not keen) cauli cheese and plain cauli for dh.
