How to contact a chief executive
Hi. I have an ongoing issue with parcel force which they are doing nothing to resolve. Someone has made the suggestion to contact the chief executive office. I’m sure someone (sometime ago) put a link on with list of emails for chief executives of various offices. Does this sound familiar or can anyone suggest how I go about finding his email. Thanks for any help.

Years ago, we had a complaint with British Gas. We were advised to physically write and send it recorded delivery. By accident, DH had it sent Registered Post, which means it can only be signed for by the addressee of the letter, not a.n.Other. It worked and we got a response and the issue sorted. Why not try a formal letter as well? Good luck x

I have had a reply from a member of his staff confining the parcel has now been delivered. What she missed in her reply is that the parcel has been opened as have all the presents and items missing. Reported to police now but never using parcel force again. The delivery man was rude ignorant and arrogant as well apparently.

Some people are just horrible aren't they, why would you open some one else's Christmas presents. They clearly knew they were your daughters, her address was on the parcel.
A few weeks before Christmas we had a parcel delivered to us by the Royal Mail in error, it came through the letter box, but had a totally different address on it. I know it isn't always possible for people to do this but I took it around to the correct address, it only took about 10 minutes. Even if they couldn't deliver it to your daughter, they could have contacted the Royal Mail to come and collect it from them. I would never have opened presents that weren't intended for me. I hope you can claim some compensation for their error.
