Who do you book with?

When we did all 3 parks we booked:

Flights - a return from Manchester to Hong Kong but back from Japan with Emirates via Dubai.

Hong Kong to Shanghai with Hong Kong airlines and Shanghai to Tokyo with Delta.
All booked direct with the airline.

Hotels we booked the Hollywood hotel direct on the Hong Kong Disney website, the Toy Story hotel direct on the Shanghai Disney website and an offsite hotel on Hotels.com in Tokyo.

Hong Kong and Shanghai we used a Taxi to and from the airport and in Tokyo used the Limousine bus.

Wow, thank you 👍 That sounds pretty pricey! it seems a lot cheaper to book the hotel and flights as a package. I need to find cheap return flights between Tokyo and HK, it's a minefield!

We flew with emirates to Hong Kong as we were going to Dubai first anyway. I booked through the RBS travel service as it's always cheaper than direct and we get U.K airport lounge access included.

We booked our hotel in Hong Kong direct with them as it was cheaper signing up to their loyalty club.

The Disney hotel we booked direct too as they had a free character breakfast offer for the hotel we wanted.

In Hong Kong we just used taxis to and from the airport then got an MTR octopus card for using while in the city.

We booked our flights to Hong Kong with Emirates via Dubai.
And the hotel was booked through Booking .com
Most of our tickets Disney etc were through Klook.
