Best time to find flights.. Am I too late? *UPDATE*

I found flights at the weekend with Lufthansa for Ł2557 for 2A, 1 12 year old and 1 child. (Manchester to Tokyo).

Didn’t book them as we had car drama and had to pay Ł1000 repair bill.
Now the same flights are nearly Ł3k. Are they likely to drop again or continue to rise?

Anyone know historically when the best time is to book? The flights are 21/7 to 6/8. ( school hols)

Hi, I'd say just keep an eye out. I booked a glitch flight which is indirect and paid less than Ł700 for myself and a then 10 year old 26th July-11th August. Keep an eye on Hduk and holiday pirates too. BA may also have some good sales fares in their next sale. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long to spot a bargain

Bit the bullet and booked. Newcastle to Dubai with Emirates. 4 night stop over in Dubai. Then Dubai to Tokyo. Booked through flight centre. Now I really need to invest some time in planning! 😊
