Disneyworld ‘08 - Trip Report

So, I’ve known Katie since secondary school and we have been on loads of holidays since!

The first – being the most important – was our visit to Disneyworld when we were 16! I went along with Katie’s family, her mum, dad and younger sister Laura who was 12 at the time. Her older sister didn’t want to come and has lived to regret it since! It was a great holiday! We stayed at the Ramada inn something on I drive which seemed ok! We did all Disney parks, Universal and IoA, Seaworld, Clearwater and cocoa beach and a bit of shopping!

Since then we’ve been to (with various groups of friends):

Disneyland Paris three times!
Turkey
Tenerife
Majorca

This will be our first holiday with no one else! I have had my concerns (so has everyone that knows us) that we will argue a lot! Well, I put this aside and we booked to go anyway. Our view is we both love Disney/Florida/America and there is nothing that we wont want to do there!

So we are off on September the 4th for two weeks meaning we leave on 18th staying at Port Orleans Riverside. We are also going in to the V Lounge. We are on the DDP for free thanks to the Virgin offer.

The plans include:

Disney parks and water parks
Universal, IoA (night at royal pacific resort)
Seaworld
Aqautica
Discovery cove dolphin swim
Loads of shopping!

We also have around 9 ADRs at:

Boatwrights dining hall (first night)
Sci Fi Dine In
Mama Melrose - fantasmic package
Californian Grill - for fireworks view
Coral Reef
Rose and Crown - fireworks again
Captain Jacks
50’s Prime Time
Cinderella’s Royal Table (last night)

I can’t wait to get there now and feel like its taking ages!
