List of restaurants with "special offer" email signup

This is a list of restaurants with sign ups.

They usually send out a welcome email with a coupon in it but these go out of date usually within 2 weeks so you need to sign up just before you go away.

Some of them also send out coupons for your birthday/anniversary if that happens to be while you are over there... or if you say your birthday is then!
