Thanks Belle. Yeah, I'm feeling prices at TL would be rather too steep. If I can find one in the UK before we go then that would be ideal.

I've got a couple I bought in Decathlon and they are brilliant.
I always get burnt shoulders or something, and they stop all that. Plus nobody has to look at my flabby pasty-white body either. Hmm, maybe I should stop having the tops and try and get a tan!

I’d say about half the kids and maybe a quarter of the adults wore one. We have never bothered - I hate tight collars which they all seem to have and also lucky that with factor 30 I rarely burn.

You can get t shirt style ones - Dh has one from Decathlon and then rash vests which have the little collar are available online. True to size.
We all wear them, I wear one with board shorts to give me protection from the sun if we are out at a water park. I burn very easily so don't take the risk of being in pain on holiday. We wear once a day suncream and top it up. Swim shoes, everyone here will agree Hot Tuna ones from Sports Direct. Totally acceptable in Disney water parks. Don't underestimate the force of the wave at Typhoon Lagoon, you want to stay shallow for the first one to see how much it can relocate you Basically choose a person, watch the wave hit them if they are standing and watch how far they move

I always always make my children wear them as well as high factor sub cream (we seem to be suseptable to skin cancer in my family my mother grandma etc have had it at least eight times each)
I’ve seen some horribly burned children in the water parks |
