Yes, just want to know one way or another , we are booked mid-January which tbh really can't see it going ahead, just want to know whats going on tho!

They told me that they are changing policies all the time, don't know what policies.
They know nobody will be travelling and just hanging on to peoples money. |

Help! We are going with Virgin Holidays late Jan and forgot to pay the balance (or move holiday) on 7th Nov. Tried ringing, texting and emailing but can’t get hold of anybody. What on earth do we do? Will we still get deposit back if holiday is cancelled? Will they still let us move it to 2022 or are we now stuffed 😩. Any help would be gratefully received 😘

so if they do indeed cancel all Jan dept thenn you will get a full refund. i would phone them to discuss your options tho
