You couldn't make it up...

The Belfast telegraph reports that thirty per cent of US Republican voters have said they would back the bombing of the city of Agrabah...

... the fictional city in which Disney's Aladdin is set.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry about this. A weird mix of funny and scary at the same time.

That does not surprise me in the least. We have a lot of lovely Yank (they love us calling them that) friends but some of them are very unwordly & they are very insular in the States, the majority of Americans have never been out of their state let alone the country. Still love them for their naivety tho, but it is scary sometimes.

Bet the results aren't far off the same, if you asked people in this country

I wonder what the percentage would be in this country.
I'm not sure I see the parallel between passports/knowledge. Surely the owning of a passport doesn't increase your general knowledge? I thought access to Google did that!

I suspect if I was an American I wouldn't be that fussed about a Passport.
There is a lifetime of wonders to see in the States. Doubt I would ever leave

Going back to the question I suspect the % results would be the same the World over, sadly.
