Aargh! This is so frustrating. I’ve still got a £4K price tag for 22nd July-20th August. I think it’s the August return that’s bumping up the cost for me.

Daft question but how are you booking to fly into Orlando and out of Miami? Trying to find on Kayak and couldn't find the option on Opodo.

My dates are end July until mid august , so defnitely seems to help if you can go august to start of september.

Booking the Miami return is crucial !

tried it with alternative airport as tampa and in different order but was not as cheap as doing the Miami return.

I also found that on my dates it was cheaper to add the car hire , also flight only it offered me the direct return but not when I added car hire it only offered the Madrid indirect route .

BA website is crazy

I agree, these are not working for my dates as we need to come back around 24th -26th August latest.

Will continue looking.
