Havnt seen this before but just catching up.
I hope the senior management are watching!
Made me laugh when the duty manager hadcveen wandering around not doing much and then 'having a well deserved rest' ! The bit with Sinitta was very cringe!

When that security supervisor said his age, Lesley and I just looked at each other.

We were both on security at Heathrow in the 80's, then you couldn't get into that job unless you were over 21, never mind becoming a supervisor.

When he was trying out the perfumns we thought show us you aren't doing your job just messing around

We thought that guy at the gate was a p***t, serves him right for not getting on his flight.

I actually thought the same - hilarious and it shouldn’t be .

I don’t live near but would fly into that airport ever now - far too amateur and that really does worry me - heads should roll

When we flew from there last year there was a sign up saying they were filming in the airport - luckily I didn’t see any cameras! Seems like it’s backfired and is a bit of a bad PR decision.
The jet 2 plane was blurred out in one of the episodes

They just come across as a bunch of unprofessional numpties. Its put me off ever travelling from there as I just don't know how they would cope in an emergency!

definately comes across a bit amateur but i suppose they look for "characters" who will be good telly rather than folk who just get on with their jobs, but dosnt instill confidence

amazed in this day & age bags arnt scanned on/off planes just a bingo card with stickers manually put on..

interesting jet2 arent in it given they are based in Leeds ... wise choice imo

Connor the security supervisor is such a pr**t, he didn't know what a cherry picker was and didn't know how to lock a padlock

Think you are kind calling him a pr**t. He’d had a busy time just before trying on the sunglasses , must have been worn out lol.

If he’s the best to be supervising, what are the staff he manages like. As I posted earlier, bet a few discussions going on in the boardroom, or it should be. Bit of a disastrous PR for them
