You like the villa but don't book it, BECAUSE

I always seem to like the villa's best that are several thousand dollors a week.

I think i just like looking at the decoration and size and wish my house in england was simarly decorated.

I check out the pool first, if I see if I can see their neighbors pool it's out.

Location, location, location ... we do look at particular areas/ resorts first and foremost.

Then availability & price (villas quoting $s prices do not worry us at all).

Then anything with chintz curtains and naff carpets are deselected.

Then its usually just the overall look, especially the pool & facillities (we do look for WiFi)...and then the incidental costs such as pool heat, cleaning fees.

Finally, I have to confess, I do like an owner that is prepared to negotiate a deal - but as we are usually on the upmarket estates, such as Reunion resort, there is usually a heck of a margin to negotiate on. ...
