Love a strong crumbly cheddar, especially with strong pickled onions. You just cant beat them.
Oh my gosh, I could never give up cheese...I do have to restrict myself otherwise I’d eat the whole block and the full jar of pickled onions 🤣🤣

Dolcelatte, i'm trying to lose weight so only have a tiny bit once a week. Love cheese!

Tombre de Savoie, or for a cooked cheese can't beat a proper tartiflette made with a whole rebuchon.

That said having raclette as a meal is real comfort food

That sounds soooo good. Nice crusty baguette and green leaf salad 😛

I'm actually salivating at the thought of a raclette right now, we have a combination raclette/stone grill so it becomes quite a feast. Nothing beats a traditional one though where you have to scrap the top melted layer off the half wheel of cheese

I love all cheeses but my favourite has to be Comté. Actually just bought some, along with Gorgonzola, Camembert and Iberico - having a cheese and wine evening tonight!
