A New Hope for me but I loved Rogue One too. I wasn’t expecting too like it much at all so very pleasantly surprised!

I'm so happy that the original 3 episodes are getting the most votes. I really struggle to enjoy the "new" ones. I can't put my finger on why but I just don't particularly find them entertaining!

I still enjoyed the new films, but I voted for a New Hope because, as Seaworldfan said, it kick started my love of scifi movies. It's a great film full of fun ideas. The acting was a bit ropey in it though - they got better by Empire Strikes Back. Empire would be a close second choice.

Force Awakens is a cracking film and equally as good as ROTJ (IMO). Rogue One is good but takes a while to get going. I enjoyed the Last Jedi and although it's far from perfect I don't understand the hate for it. The prequels are mostly forgettable; they're ok but nothing wonderful.

It has to be New Hope however I really enjoyed Force Awakens so much so that my brother and I went to the cinema twice to see it which rarely ever happens. The classic ones are still the best though in released order and I must admit that Rogue One has grown on me.

Looking at the poll it seems the original movies are the favourites. They are mine and it's when I got into more sci fi movies.

Empire > A New Hope > Force Awakens > Revenge Of The Sith > The last Jedi > Return Of The Jedi > Phantom > Clone

I’d put Solo and Rogue after Revenge as well. Solo I found to be great fun and Rogue gave me a new appreciate for A New Hope adding to the struggle of the Death Star plans.

Revenge Of The Sith is a brilliant film... and I think criminally under appreciated after episode 1 and 2.
