BUT if your husband loves cheesecake he HAS to try the English cheesecake company at Waitrose. My absolute favourite is their lotus biscuit cheesecake, it has swirls of lotus spread in it, Devine! Melts in the mouth like butter! And I don’t even normally like cheesecake 😂

Here is a picture of a large one, I could take that on easily otherwise they do them in small slices

Oh wow that looks fab! My daughter the other cheesecake fan also loves lotus biscoff! This is her idea of heaven! I don’t know if we have a Waitrose here in NE Scotland?

Ha, I'm with him! They call them all cheesecake too which is madness to me, how can vanilla cake with layers of mousse be a cheesecake?!

They sell these in Costco too,really nice.They did a mince pie cheesecake around xmas time that was amazing!
