Ha ha. They could have 2 buttons for upsell items.

The first one is 6" square for yes

The second one is 1/4" square for no but you have to find it as it wanders around the screen.

I think what pushed me over the edge was then gentlemen serving us took my voucher (pre paid) entered my details into the computer (took about five mins) then said he was going to get us the car and wandered off to the end of the counter where there about four staff members laughing, standing around and chatting. He was there for way too long. no explanation, no coming back to us and explaining what the hold up was. No apology. Just poor poor service

Dollar were shockingly bad, 5 hours to swap out a knacked motor at Ft Myers! 2013, the year after Hertz acquired Dollar, many depots, including FMy's, were running Hertz hand me downs that were, in general, dogs. Couldn't see any Fl plates at FM's depot, out of State beaten, battered, high mileage... on one side of the depot they had two rows of bumper to bumper motors, about 50 or so, removed from service as they were knacked. I believe they improved significantly once they were given new motors.
