Brooklyn Brewery Tour

Going to NYC in 3 weeks with friends & some of them have requested to do this tour. Not sure if I’m keen but I’ll go along with them, anyone done it before? Any good?

Brewery tours, like distillery
tours, pretty much all the same unless you have a particular interest in the process.
Brooklyn Brewery is a low key experience compared to Budweiser, Guinness or one of the larger spirit brands, which have all spent a lot of money, on being a tourist attraction.
I think most of the production has moved to Ateca, up state, so visiting the Brooklyn site is largely historic, maybe.
We booked the 45 minute tour online, these sell out well in advance. The shorter 30 minute tour is still free so far as I know, they limit the numbers though, especially at week-ends. We went mid-week and there were no public tours except for advance bookings.
All the info is on BB website and in TA reviews. Plenty of ideas for surrounding area. We had a good walk around and then walked back over the bridge.

I'm trying to think which brewery tour here is most similar. Probably Higsons in Liverpool.

So, yes, it's worth going, even if not a brewery tour fan.

Thanks. They’ve booked the 45 min tour think it’s a tasting tour?
