Where to stay?
We are a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 children 7 and 4) looking at going to WDW next year and we can decide where to stay? We have priced up All Star Music with the quick service dinning plan but we are also open to other hotel suggestion? Can anyone recommend any other hotels to stay other onsite at WDW or iDrive area?

I’d start with what you could afford...when we looked at our up coming holiday we could only book 7 nights at Pop Century due to availability. So we are doing a spilt trip with the last 6 nights at WD Dolphin (we managed to get a great deal). But for me I started with out max budget and worked backwards. I didn’t really like any of the rooms at the All Stars, plus the fact they all share the same bus around the resort so I’ve read the last one which I believe is the Sports sometime have trouble getting on.
Pop has nice refurbished rooms and the sky lift goes there 👍 but have a look at Disney art of animation and coranodo springs as they appeared roughly in the same price range.

If you can get free dining then it can sometimes be not much more expensive to stay at a moderate resort (CB, POR, POFQ or CS) with the quick service free dining than to stay at a value and pay the difference. The moderate resorts offer larger rooms, nicer pools and often a wider range of food options onsite. I agree with PCBatman that Pop is much nicer and will have the skyliner, AoA is great for kids with really nice theming and a lovely pool and food court for a value resort. As for shared buses at the All Stars, this is only really an issue in the middle of the day, at busy times all 3 have their own buses. The final one on the loop is movies, this is where it can sometimes be tricky to get a seat or you find the bus does not make it there.
