Question about fast passes and package deals

Quick Q.

I'm just about to book a hotel and ticket package with ATD. Its for Oct next year. The balance will be due in August.

Will I still be able to book fast passes 6 months in advance?

If onsite you can only book fast passes 60 days in advance not 6 month. ADR is the 180 days.

Your ability to book FP+ 60 days in advance (it’s never six months, either 60 days or 30 days) is linked purely to your hotel and not who you booked with. As long as you are staying in a Disney hotel onsite then yeah, you can book FP+ at 60 days.

The 180 days (six months) is dining and for that it doesn’t matter which hotel you stay at, on or off site you can book six months ahead. The perk of staying onsite for booking dining is you can book the first ten days of your holiday at the 180 day of arrival mark.

It doesn’t matter whether you’ve paid the balance either. As long as the hotel is booked then you’re good for booked FP+ and dining.

Yes, you'll still be able to book your fastpasses at 60 days (no 6 months). We're booked with ATD for our trip this October and our FP day is tomorrow and I don't pay the balance until next Monday and it's all fine

Of course it is! I'm getting confused between the FP's and ADR's!
