Most cheeses that aren't blue or mouldy or goaty! I also don't get Halloumi! My DD loves it but I think it is so bland.
I love a good cheddar, smoked, a mild goats cheese (the number 1 in Tesco). I do a baked goats cheese: soften equal amounts of garlic, basil stalks and chilli (without seeds), add a tin of cherry tin tomatoes and bring to the boil. Pour into a wide dish, pop the barrel shaped goats cheese in the middle and bake for 15-20 mins. It's lovely with crusty bread. DH loves baked camembert with crusty bread but I find it too goaty! Cheese with Christmas cake! That's a new one on me, however I do love sweet and savoury together. I'm also partial to cheddar cheese with raspberry jam, though I couldn't tell you last time I had it |

Blacksticks Blue. Comes from Lancashire I think. However any type of blue is nice.
Otherwise a really strong Cheddar.

Ooooo hallumi, I do also love jarlsberg (the Waitrose cheese counter does an amazing jarlsberg superior), Bavarian smoked, applewood, and baked Camembert. I will literally eat most cheese that isn’t blue or briey!

I honestly couldn't pick a favourite I love all cheese. I love making a big cheese board with grapes/celery/crackers and chutneys. your post has minded me I still need to buy a cheese board bell as my kids complain that the smelly cheese stinks the fridge out.

I've decided that for my 40th birthday party I'm not doing a buffet, I'm doing a great big cheese board instead.
