Anyone purchased Universal tickets with Charter Travel?

Hi all,
We booked our Universal hotel and tickets with Charter Travel and they have advised they are vouchers.
Has anyone purchased Universal tickets with them before that could clarify for me, do we exchange these at the gate and do I need my passport as ID when doing so?
Thanks for your help

We booked the whole Disney/universal hotels/tickets , went last October, everything was printed off email. At RPR at check in we got our room cards and then sent us to another desk in reception to print out our park tickets , we put both cards in a lanyard each and they were scanned on admission to the parks, so they were done at the hotel for us

Interesting! Thanks for this - will ask at HRH reception to see if they can oblige before going over to Universal on the evening we land 👍
