Even Landry on FB have said to put the date that suits your vacation dates, it's no big deal to them, we're in their restaurants spending money.

Fair enough, I just don't like lying, cheating etc in any form. In fact one of the things I used to like about this forum was that discussion about cheating the system wasn't allowed - it raised it above the other forums and FB pages I went on. Now discussion about it seems to be encouraged, shame.

I wudnt say its cheating if the website actually more or less tells you to do it, if they were that bothered they would ask for proof of birthday, obviously suits them just to have more people in.

Yes,they stopped that a while ago,you can still use your birthday bonus with any points that you earn on future visits though.

We signed up for our Landry card when we were at the Rainforest Cafe, this was quite a few years ago but discount was applied straight away.
