I'm biased as we've always stayed at Marriott Grande Vista and love it there, although this year we are trying Marriott Cypress Harbour so opinions may change!

Marriot Grande Vista looks lovely. There are so many to choose from so this is going to be a difficult but fun decision :-)

Im searching high and low for a condo. I'm just shocked at the prices and then a resort fee on top. Its been a few years since we stayed off site but I was used to paying £50ish per night …..

We always use condos. Over the years been to :

Marriott Cypress Harbour
Marriott Grande Vista
Cypress Pointe (LBV)
Grande Villas
Grand Beach

Our favourite is Grande Villas - nice quiet resort with great facilities and close enough to walk to restaurants rather than having to drive or get a taxi.

We were at Grand Beach last year and going again this year as we got an amazing deal through Diamond Resorts membership. On a par with Grande Villas on quality of accommodation and facilities but need to drive or get a taxi to restaurants.

Just come across a really good deal for Grande Villas. What restaurants are in walking distance?

Stayed at Floridays twice before and going again next year. Good pools, good rooms and v good location. Cafe/shop a bit limited but Publix 500 yards away and easy to get to both WDW and Universal. in my view v comparable to Vista Cay which we have also stayed at twice.

Another vote for Orange Lake resort, great facilities and a great location. 10 minutes form Disney, Publix and Super Target right at the gates along with a host of restaurants within 5 minutes.

Not a direct link, but the Virgin Holidays page gives you a decent idea of what it's like;
