I know some people find it cramped, but I found the opposite. Because of the shape of the plane at the top of you are sat on a window seat then you have his extra space next to you. I loved it as I could put stuff next to me and stretch my legs out. Only small downsize is you can’t really lean against the window bit due to the gap but still thought it was great! Other downside is our carryon suitcase did not fit in the overlocker due then being smaller but the cabin crew have a cupboard for them.

For me not worth it at all. Same seats in the same metal tube. I’m also claustrophobic and upstairs is even worse than downstairs. I’ve paid for them though before as the family like them. Now they’re adults I’d sit alone with a random rather than pay to sit in the bubble. It is an each to their own. I’ll pay to sit right at the back (last off. Not loved seats) as that’s where I feel the least trapped.

Just flew back today in the bubble. Both journeys were a lot quieter than my previous experiences in the main cabin. Though suppose that's partly luck of the draw.
Would definitely sit there again, felt like a treat and loved being one of first off plane.

Best flights we have ever had to Florida are PE in the Bubble.
So relaxed and quiet.. much better than downstairs on the 747 and much nicer than on the A330 where there is no bubble

I really hope so, I've booked them for my next trip, had to do it as the 747 will soon be gone and in 40+ years of travelling on one I've never done it.

Quite excited about it

We almost booked it, but worried that my 4 year old may spoil the peace that everyone else had gone up there for. Economy it is, Maybe next time... 😆

We are flying PE in the bubble on our next trip! We are so so excited I just cant help but tell everyone. It's our first time flying direct, our first time flying in the bubble, our first time flying PE, it was cheaper than economy for the dates we booked. We actually moved our dates to get the PE experience. It's usually is a 4am start for us and 24hrs travelling to get to orlando... not this time! 8hrs 30 and PE we feel like lotto winners! It's a dream come true.

There are loads of videos on YouTube that show the bubble and the different classes of seats on Virgin flights. If you watch some I'm sure you will be happy about your choice. The bubble looks great...
I hope you have a great time and it adds to your florida experience.

You have as much right to be up there as anyone else. I’d go for it.
