Had so much fun with with our kids in the sea and the waves crashing around.

We will be going back!
That sounds perfect, will deffo take a look at accommodation around this area then.

We recently stayed in st Petersburg for a night which was a fantastic location - we chose it as we were watching a baseball game at the Tropicana fields. Much, much preferred there than st Petes beach which we found a bit meh.
Loved Clearwater- but st Petes would seem like a poor relation after there.

Never been to AML but never heard a bad word said about it so would chose there over st Petes any day

Thank you for this Bluedave. We are edging towards Clearwater and then a couple of days in AMI. I’m going to look at accommodation In AMI and different activities available in the area.

We love AMI. Stayed at Palm tree villas. Stones grown from the beach near the trolley stop and you could walk to a couple of restaurants. We also liked Siesta Key. Stayed st tropical beach resort. This is right on the beach. Nice restaurants nearby and again a trolley into the town. Bit livelier than AMI. Both have amazing sunsets and lovely long walks on the beach. Been to St Petes and it was lovely but I’d go a bit further if I went again
