Oh dear - I have booked this villa for April - please contact me!
I have just emailed the MC (the details he has given me) and the email has bounced back  I have had contact with VR360villas as to why it is no longer showing - the owner hasn't renewed their listing with them Edited at 02:47 PM. |

I've rented villas in Kissimmee on a number of occasions and when I ha e had issues (the a/c packed up once) the issue was resolved very quickly
I have no doubt there are loads or reputable villa owners who rent out but from a legal perspective are you at higher risk if you rent direct rather than though a management company ? OP - I do hope you get it sorted

Ok I have emailed the owner tonight but I do know he didn’t renew his listing with VR360 homes from October and hasn’t got it listed anywhere at the moment
How is he earning any money from renting it to pay fees and taxes etc |
