AVIS BA fly drive balance

Hello all, I am due to return my Avis rental tomorrow and just checked my booking on the app. It still shows the full amount to be paid! Is this correct or should it of been settled already with the BA voucher? Thanks

Check tomorrow when the staff sign your car back in, they gave me a paper receipt which I questioned and she explained it all to me, not sure how it worked, but I asked to pay for the full tank of petrol and take back empty, so on the receipt it had price for car rental and petrol, which was then off set by BA voucher, I’ve since had the digital receipt and all I ended up paying was $32 for petrol.

Thanks for the reply, I’m taking it back full of fuel so should be just rental charge. I’ll check the receipt I’m given.
