Flybe - going into administration?

If anyone is using Flybe for a connecting flight to Florida I suggest you keep a careful eye on their bookings/Flybe webpage - sadly things aren't going well. Will update when I have more information.

Virgin and Eddie Stobert put up millions last year as did the taxpayer

It�s all over the news they expect that within hours they will be no more , so so sad for anyone that�s affected

booked through them as a single code share ticket with aer Lingus for this August :/

Seems to be confirmed unfortunately. Rough for all affected, especially staff.

As a former employee I feel very sad for all the hardworking and committed crew who have witnessed the mismanagement through the years. As for government bail outs and Stobart and Virgin money it seems it never got there.
Poor bookings and cancellations due to fear and panic over the Coronavirus appear to have exacerbated things. The U.K. has just got a whole lot smaller😢
