Yes sorry closed groups, I think Tesco's have acted rubbish over this as ultimately the vouchers are from them. They should be contacting customers and explaining exactly what has gone wrong.

Thanks for replying. Yes I agree Tesco have been pretty poor. I have had my vouchers refunded but feel there has been a lack of information and help from them. From what I’ve read on twitter and what the Clubcard person said to me the other day I believe they’ve had to cancel all the codes they had due to the data breach which in turn would explain hotels.com being temporarily removed from the Clubcard website. I think some of us have just been unfortunate that our codes have been cancelled despite already having been used for legitimate bookings.

We have rebooked now but unfortunately Disney couldn’t guarantee that we would still get the magic bands we ordered so they have refunded my credit card however the ones the boys had chosen aren’t showing available to purchase on MDE now. I’ll keep checking and hopefully they come back on.

I hope everyone else who had their booking cancelled has been refunded and is able to get rebooked.
