Tokyo clothing Oct/Nov
Any idea how cold it might be end of October beginning of November, and what sort of clothing would be best for parks, would I need any shorts or is it similar to here?

I was in Japan in Oct/Nov 2018 and it definitely wasn't shorts weather. I wore jeans, shirt and jacket or jumper every day. It definitely wasn't as cold as the UK but it wasn't what I'd call warm either. Ranged from 10 - 15 degrees most days.
