I’ll get mine done in work this week probably. Got to sort out DD with hers, last year she didnt have it but she should do, school wouldnt do it and GP said school should do it, but she doesnt want the nasal one, last time she had a cold for months afterwards. I know its not meant to gove you a cold but normally she doesnt get a cold hardly at all,

The nasal spray is a live vaccine. Pharmacist told me over 10's can have the jab.

Received our letter last week it's different this year as have to phone, text or email for a appointment.
I emailed yesterday and received an automated reply to complete another form so just have to wait for appointment now. Usually just have at GP surgery.
NHS Fife have apologised for the delay on social media.

Just to add as I’m under a certain age I had the sequirus flucelvax tetra vaccine, my parents being oaps had the sequirus adjuvanted trivalent with no issues at all. Different CCGs are apparently using different makes/suppliers. Finally woken up this morning feeling back to normal.

I had mine on Friday at Boots and although I had a little bit of soreness/bruised feeling, it had gone by the next day. Last year I could hardly lift my arm for days!
