What are you reading...
We haven't had a book thread for a while, I am looking for some book recommendations to upload onto my Kindle before we go to Tenerife in a few weeks.
Whats everyone reading... I can read anything from a crime thriller to real life memoirs!

I am not a fan of his as a person but I have just finished the Clifton Chronicles by Jeffrey Archer. Light reading and some nice twists.
Some good Kindle deals for Ken Follet.

I have just discovered Rebus (Ian Rankin). Never watched the TV series but if they are as good as the books then I might have to watch them.

Deep South by Paul Theroux (sp?). Had it from the library for over six weeks but only a small way through cos I've been doing exams and stuff. Enjoying it so far. It's about the Southern States of America.

If you like action/crime i would recommend, Ben Hope series by Scott Marianni or the ever popular Jack Reacher by Lee Child. Even though you don't have to read any of them in order, things make more sense when you do

How about some easy to read but fascinating psychology? I've just finished 'The Science Of Consequences' by Susan Schneider and it was great. Shows you how we learn and evolve depending on the things that happen to us. Not heavy going at all.

Almost finished Liane Moriarty Big little lies, loving it. I missed it on TV, which is lucky cos I always prefer to read the book first. Before that I read Jodi Picoult leaving time. I've read most of hers but some of them have ' cop out' endings I find annoying, I guessed this one , but it was still good.
And before that was Lisa Gardner , Find her( crime, thriller), again I've enjoyed most of hers.
