What info do we think will be required to reclaim?

As title really.

Starting tomorrow what info do we think will be required online to start the TC refund process?

We're in Menorca now and I've brought my paperwork with us so we can claim tomorrow(hopefully)I have my Atol certificate,holiday confirmation printout and my bank statement and credit card statement,hopefully that's all.

Certainly is. I didn�t give them permission to use that though.

I got through eventually, but it�s a poor form. I paid via Amex and as is a charge card, but no option for charge card. Just went with other.

If you get to the final page and get the error, just refresh until you get a ref number. CAA told me that if you get a ref all is good
