Some advice please...
I started the process of getting my refund for my package to Florida booked for 2020.
On one of the screens it asked how I paid for my last payment. I paid some with a debit card and £180 in cash. The screen would not allow me to give 2 ways of payment so I clicked debit card as that was substantially more. Have I done this correctly? Obviously I still want my £180 cash refunded! When I looked on my Thomas Cook invoice, it didn't stipulate debit card and cash either. I will have to input it again tomorrow as when I complete forms it said,that the website was too busy to process my refund!
